• No commercial photography

• Payments made via Credit Card
• Any & all damage to be reported during your stay & repairs &/or replacements will be charged to your credit card.
• Cancellation conditions & cancellation fees
  • If you need to cancel, we don’t keep your money—we hold what you’ve paid as a credit for 12 months so you can rebook a future stay, subject to availability. If your new dates fall in a higher-priced period, you’d just pay the difference in the nightly rate; if they’re lower, we keep the balance as credit for you.
